Warranty Period

Niche Gas Products (NGP) hereby warrants to you that, during the standard product warranty period of 12 months) which begins from the delivery of the product to you, the product will:

  • be free from material defects in materials and workmanship, and
  • substantially conform to the product’s written specifications, as of the shipment date.

Conditions of Warranty

The warranty will be voided if the product has been operated improperly, neglected, misused, altered, abused, willfully damaged, or repaired without NGP’s approval.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs from you to NGP for all warranty repairs will be your responsibility.

Repaired products will be shipped back to you at the expense of NGP, unless NGP determines that the product is not defective, in which case, you will shoulder the shipping costs.

 

Delivery Time frames

Upon placing an order, we will provide you with an Estimated Delivery Date (EDD). The EDD factors in the time to process your order and the transit time from our warehouse to your delivery address.

Once the product is ready for delivery, the delivery provider will contact you (depending on the provider) and coordinate with you the most ideal time to deliver the product to your address.

Keep in mind, however, that there may be instances where deliveries may be delayed because of unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, flight delays, and natural disasters. The delivery provider will contact you and inform you immediately of any delays.

 

Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. At Niche Gas Products (NGP), we’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product, ensuring it meets the NGP policy as follows:

  • Returns must be made within 7 calendar days from the date you received the product;
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it; and
  • Provide the receipt or proof of purchase when returning a product.

 

Refund Policy

We will inspect the item and notify you as soon as we receive the product your purchased from us.

If the return meets our Return Policy, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment and notify you about this.

Please note that the processing time for refunded amount will depend on your card issuer’s policies. You may contact your card issuer for more details about processing time for refunds.

 

Replacement Policy

If NGP determines that the product is defective, you may seek the replacement of the defective product subject to the following conditions:

  • You must send NGP a written notice of such defect or nonconformity within 30 days after delivery of the product.
  • The defect must not be due to any abuse, neglect, or misuse according to the applicable documentation or your specifications, or to any repairs or alterations to the product by any other entity other than NGP.

 

Privacy Disclosure

At Niche Gas Products (NGP), we may collect your personal information and/or credit-related personal information to provide you with the product or service you have requested. We may also  use the information you provide to better tailor our products and services to you.
