Flow Controllers

Flow controllers sit down stream from the mixer and constantly monitor the oxygen levels in the pack via a lance at the point of filling. This constant analysis forms a feed-back loop to the flow controller which adjusts the amount of gas required to keep the residual oxygen level normally below 0.5%.

The end result? Up to a 30% saving in gas
