At Niche Gas Products Pty Ltd, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy outlined below will assist you with returning your product.
Return Period
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excludes shipping costs). Returns made after 30 days of delivery, if accepted, may be subject to a restocking fee.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories and documentation that came with the product. We cannot accept returns of products that have been used or altered from their original condition, unless the return is due to a defect.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or an item that is not the one you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
To return your product, please request a return authorisation via by contacting us on (03) 9484 1490 or by emailing admin@nichegas.com.au for assistance. We will provide you with a return shipping address. Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
