The cryogenic hose features a double-insulated, heavy-wall (1" I.D.) stainless steel construction, making it suitable for nitrogen service. It is fitted with CGA295 female ends for connection to dewars and similar equipment, with a working pressure of 500 psi and an overall length of 1.8 metres. A stainless steel phase separator can also be supplied for connection to one end.
Configuration: CGA295 Nut Ends

A cryogenic phase separator is a piece of equipment that adjusts system pressure and improves the quality of liquid gases, making it essential for many cryogenic applications.
By separating the mixture of phases in cryogenic fluids, this equipment allows for the extraction of specific components and results in a purer form of the fluid. Its vital role in maintaining temperature and pressure conditions within storage vessels ensures proper functioning in the production process.
Through the release of cold vapor from pressurized liquid, the cryogenic phase separator produces high-quality liquid, with the vapor stream being vented into the atmosphere. The internal storage dewar within the separator causes gas bubbles to naturally rise, allowing for the release of gas through a relief valve at the top while keeping the liquid at the bottom.
In the case of liquid nitrogen, the sudden change in volume forces a phase separation, with the gas being vented and the liquid remaining in the vessel at desired pressure levels. This equipment is crucial for industries such as medical, food, automotive and laboratory.
Efficient cryogenic liquid transfer for bulk transfilling, home care, food, biological preservation, laboratories, electronics and more. Perfect for filling and dispensing from home healthcare vans.
