NGPGS93 - Acetylene

Replacement for Cigweld™ TR93

The NGPGS93 regulator is suitable for use on high flow Acetylene applications such as pipeline supply systems or heavy cutting or heating applications. The inlet connection includes a replace sintered filter and an o-ring seal on the nipple. To get similar flows to the TR93 it replaces, this new design uses two stage regulation, giving very stable supply to the pipeline. For direct replacement on an existing manifold, attention should be given to allow for the second stage (rear) bonnet. This may mean additional spacers will be required for the manifold or point valve bracket. The default body outlet connection is ½” NPT female to ensure there is a reduced possibility of a flow restriction in the outlet fitting. Specify the required pipe OD at order stage.
