ULTRAVENT 25: G ¾, G 1, ¾″ NPT & 1″ NPT

Precise pressure control from 5 to 500 mbar

The ULTRAVENT 25 is a spring-loaded, direct-acting safety relief valve designed to vent excess gas pressure from receivers, pipelines and other equipment. Its compact, flow-optimised design provides precise opening and closing behaviour while protecting sensitive systems and processes.

Every valve is 100% factory-tested, with reliability demonstrated over more than 100,000 operating cycles.

• Stainless-steel valve disc: operating temperature from −30°C to +270°C

• TÜV component approval as a safety valve in accordance with DIN EN ISO 4126-1 for applicable configurations from 100 to 500 mbar
• Applicable brass versions without an inlet filter are designed and cleaned for oxygen service in accordance with the relevant EIGA and CGA requirements
